Equipped with a dynamic business skill set, Carlos holds a Master in Business Administration, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from Nova Southeastern University, as well as graduating Valedictorian with a Certificate in Horticulture from Oaksterdam University. In addition, he also holds multiple Bachelor’s degrees from the University of South Florida in Business Management, Religious Studies and Philosophy.

Carlos has worked as a budtender for Nirvana Wellness Center in San Jose and has been a cannabis educator since February of 2014. He was Senior Professor at Medical Marijuana Tampa and now teaches for the Florida Cannabis Coalition and Cannabis Career Institute.

Carlos does freelance business consulting and he currently holds a position as Operations Manager for Common Bond Collaborative in Ybor City, Florida.
