Reasons Why You Should Get A Sacramento Medical Marijuana ID Card

posted in: Cannabis 0

You won’t be allowed to use a Sacramento Medical Marijuana without the proper medical ID card coming from your local registry office. This ID card is a requirement before you can purchase medical cannabis products in any dispensaries around the region.

But aside from the reason that it is required by the law, what are the other reasons behind this Medicinal Marijuana Identification card? Check them out below;

1. Medical Cannabis ID Card is for your Legal Protection – This ID card can be useful to you, with this ID card, you can avoid being penalized by the federal law most specially if you are using medicinal cannabis for your medical conditions. The federal government, until now doesn’t allow anyone to use this alternative medicine even for medical purposes, although state law allows it already, but the last say will still comes from the federal government. If you have your ID card with you, you can purchase a limited amount of medical cannabis at any dispensaries and federal government will not question you as long as the purchases are under the required limit. But keep in mind that even if you’re using cannabis as an alternative medicine for you medical condition, you are still breaking state law if you don’t have a proper recommendation from your doctor to legally use this medicinal cannabis.

2. You are fully protected if you have a medical ID Card – This ID card will be your ultimate weapon in case you are questioned by the government when you are buying cannabis products. As a patient, you are afforded full legal protection under the states medicinal cannabis laws. This means you don’t have to worry too much whenever cops ask you to search over your car and specially if they found out marijuana strains over it. Just show your medical ID card to them and you will not be taken anymore to jail.

3. This medical ID Card will be your ticket into cannabis dispensaries – Cannabis dispensary caregivers won’t allow you to get in their premises if you don’t have the medical ID card. They won’t entertain you so better get an ID card first before proceeding to any dispensary in your area. This ID card will give you full access to all cannabis products in all dispensaries in the region. Sacramento has the best dispensaries in the state of California and they are very willing to serve all your medical needs but with proper documentations.

4. You can grow your own cannabis – With a medical cannabis ID card, you are not only allowed to purchase medicinal marijuana legally, but you can also grow your very own cannabis without fear of being penalized by the law.

Growing your very own medical cannabis in your own home is allowed by the state law provided that you have an ID card with you. As long as you are a medical cannabis patient,  you are allowed to have up to six mature plants growing at one time. If you are on tight budget and want to save money on your medications, you better start thinking of growing your own medical cannabis at home, but make sure to get an ID card first to avoid problems in the long run.

Denver, Colorado (PRWEB) February 21, 2015

(Denver, CO) – Sunday night was a big night for Denver Bronco Quarterback Peyton Manning. Included among the legions of stars during the Saturday Night Live 40th anniversary special, Manning was cool, calm – and truthful.

While meant to be funny, his joke that he “gets hit in the head a lot,” reminded viewers of the scores of NFL players who get knocked around quite a bit on the field, many times resulting in Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE), a progressive degenerative disease of the brain found in athletes (and others) with a history of repetitive brain trauma.

These types of brain injuries, and the NFL’s ban on the use of medicinal marijuana to alleviate or reverse them, will be a highlight of the Cannabis Business Executive Breakfast and Three-Day Conference – “Sports, Meds and Money,” March 4 – 6, 2015, at Casselman’s Bar and Venue in Denver (http://www.CannabisBusinessConference.org).

In particular, former Denver Bronco and Super Bowl XXXIII Champion Marvin Washington will come forward on of the conference about the role cannabis can and should play in professional sports, particularly those fraught with frequent head and body injuries.

Additional topics will include medical marijuana use for injuries, marijuana as a sports enhancer, medical professionals will weigh in, and much more.

Other speakers will include Glendale Mayor Mike Dunafon, MSNBC’s Pot Barons of Colorado, People Magazine’s “Marijuana Millionaires” and various experts in the cannabis industry.

Hosted by Clover Leaf Consulting, the conference will also pair serious investors with Colorado’s rapidly growing number of cannabis business owners. More than 200 are expected to attend with at least a quarter million dollars in business deals expected over the course the event.

The conference will feature two days of expert presentations, an exhibit vendor hall, and the opportunity to earn approved cannabis business education certifications from Clover Leaf University (CLU) on the third day of the conference. CLU is the first and only cannabis university approved, regulated and licensed by the Colorado Department of Higher Education’s private occupational school board.
