Cannabis campaigner grew drug in bedroom
A man who campaigns for the legalisation of cannabis was found growing the drug using stolen electricity at his home. Kenneth Jay was found cultivating four plants in a tent in a bedroom and had bypassed his meter to get electricity to help their growth.
